Out & About Group Spring 2013
Every Thursday afternoon we usually meet at Dalton Square at 1:00pm (back around 4-4:30pm usually) and head off to a place of local interest. The activities will include a nice relaxing walk and usually a visit to a cafe afterwards (not included in price). If you like the idea of getting out and getting some fresh air but don't want anything too strenuous then this could be just what you are looking for. We provide you with transport, easy guided walks and activities; the emphasis is upon having some fun with healthy activities and finding out about the beautiful area in which we are so fortunate to live in. Please book in advance by phone,text or email; payment is on the day.
